I’ve ordered this MCT oil several times and liked the fact that it had the cap that squirted out the oil as it was not as messy to use (other brands without the squirting cap would end up with oil dripping down the side of the bottle). I don’t know what happened, but this last bottle that I purchased has been a nightmare. It squirts everywhere! I ended up with oil all over my counter and have gotten it on my clothes a few times also (which as you know does not wash out). Finally I just started unscrewing the entire cap and pouring it that way. It’s a pain and I get my fingers all greasy every morning, but at least my countertops and clothes remain without oil. I will give this brand another try and see if that cap was just a fluke. If I still have the same problem, I’ll probably be looking for another brand.

MCT oil in the coffee seems to work as a way to deliver a metabolism boost that diminishes hunger and provides just the right amount of energy. I think it diminishes my early morning low blood sugar hunger. I find when I get away from the MCT Oil practice/habit, I start leaning towards those foods that just don’t add to a healthy start to the day. AS to this particular product, I think it adds some smoothness to that first cup of coffee as well. This particular brand is easy to squirt the right amount into the cup.

It is very good and well quality oil, but the bottle they use the dosage cap it really give you a headache. Dosage cap it works when you create pressure and squeeze bottle until liquid goes out. The problem is that always have splashes and half of the liquid goes on the table, floor, aside. It is not possible gently to pour a little amount slowly. Just be careful!!

Wow!!! I did not read the label very well and have never taken any MCT before. Sprayed a shot in my coffee and took the dogs for a walk. After about 5 min I began to feel strange and blood racing and light headed. Got back from walking dogs (15 min) and began having severe belly ache. Read the label thoroughly and it says to start with a very small dose as it can cause stomach upset!!! I had such an upset belly (running to the bathroom many times!) for the next hour that I missed my workout. Struggled with headaches md light headedness all day and a belly ache! I’m a little afraid to try it again but at the same time I’m also very impressed at how strong it is! I will try again next week with a VERY small amount first and then very slowly work my way up (or maybe just stay at a very low amount!)

So, first things first, this MCT oil is wonderful! Gives me energy, keeps me alert, keeps me feeling happier and focused throughout the day! Plus, the price is phenomenal for a bottle of this size!
The only thing I hate about this, is the plastic spout. I get it, it’s supposed to help with spillage and whatnot, but it’s doing the exact opposite.
This is what I went through for the first week: I tried to squeeze the bottle gently to get some out, but it wouldn’t budge. So I applied a tad more pressure, and all of a sudden, SPLAT! That one shot comes out like a bat out of hell, and none on my tablespoon! On my countertop yes, but not my tablespoon! So I’d get annoyed, clean it up, and silently curse the spout to hell. I tried different amounts of pressure, tried to make the hole in the spout bigger, so I wouldn’t have to squeeze it so hard to get some out, but nothing I did worked, it still shot out!
So now, I have to take the lid off to pour it in my tablespoon. And of course, it’s still messy, and I’m always wiping off the bottle, but at least it’s not a surprise explosion like with the lid on, lol.
But at the end of the day, it’s all worth it to me as someone who highly values her MCT oil. I’d still recommend to anyone, mess and all!

This is my first purchase of MCT oil. The value for the money seems very good. I feel it is providing mildly appreciable results. I will say the flip top bottle has a hole in for dispensing that squirts rather strongly and didn’t really work very well for me. I mostly end up unscrewing the top to pour it by the tablespoon.

I have one tea spoon with morning coffee. I do not feel any hunger all day. First meal at 1pm, 800 calories. Dinner 7pm, 3 eggs or sardines with salad. Now is Sunday noon, I did not use oil since Friday morning and still no hunger.

The product came in time, and you could tell there has been a lot of thought and care put into it. You can tell that from the packaging, the extensive details listed on the box, as well as the ones printed on the bottle. The cap needs a redesign like a number of other customers have also mentioned. My wife did not know about it, and when she squeezed the bottle the content was squirted all over the place. We take the cap off completely to pour the oil each time. It is indeed clear like water, and it does not change the taste of coffee I mix it with. It is still early to see any results (I have been using it for 3 days only), but I feel good. One detail we noticed is that we are not that hungry after we drink it in the morning. We look forward to continue using it.
