Si può eseguire la rosolatura direttamente in questa tagine senza dovere prima utilizzare un’altra padella. La lunga cottura rende la carne molto morbida. Abbiamo ottenuto un ottimo risultato anche con capra e montone. Siamo rimasti molto ben sorpresi dalla sua versatilità: dal brasato al coniglio, tutta la carne cucinata con questa tagine risulta morbida.

Finger weg. Die Lackierung etzt sich auf dem Kochfeld ab. Beinahe hätte ich mein neues Induktionskochfeld damit zerstört

Wir haben eine leichte und stabile Tajine gesucht. Gusseisen war uns zu schwer. Deckel aus Porzellan sind auch schwer und empfindlich. Diese hier ist perfekt. Eine gute Größe, leicht zu reinigen und das Essen wird toll.

Made from light weight aluminium with a speckled non-stick inside coating.
The entire pan/lid is made from metal; it is oven proof.
Because of this, the two built in handles are metal and get hot in use.
Use suitable gloves when handling.
With the lid, it is approximately 27/28cm high, so you will need the right sized oven to accommodate it.
Ergonomic in design, light weight and easy to handle.
It can go in the dishwasher but hand washing extends it’s life.
Do not use metal utensils inside the tagine.
There is a small hole in the lid for excess steam.
Cooks on all the main type of hobs including induction.
This is a quality, ergonomically designed, convenient tagine, with or without it’s lid.
This is an under-used easy cooking method, producing mouth watering results.

Not completely tight, no matters how I place the lid its the same. Cooking fast, light pot, very durable. I thought its suppose to come steam from the hole in the pot nowhere else. In the picture its very hard to see.

Ein sehr schöner Topf. Erspart mir den Dampfgarer. Ist nicht nur für marokkanische Gerichte geeignet sonder auch super zum Gemüse garen. Man braucht nur wenig Wasser. Jederzeit wieder.
