These omegas are great…BUT….don’t make the mistake I made when re-purchasing. I purchased from seller VDCUSA, and the items arrived in the older black bottle, with a broken seal, loose in a delivery bag from Amazon, and missing four capsules. Only 116/120 capsules were actually received. The ones that were delivered didn’t look to be the same (much shinier and slightly smaller than normal) see photo.

I’ve tried many other oil supplements including Omega 3, Borage, Evening primrose etc and every time I tried my face broke out horribly. This time my Cholesterol came out high and doctor told me to take Omega 3. I had to find a brand that I hadn’t tried yet and I chose Source naturals since I had a series of good experience with this brand. I’ve been taking it for about two weeks now and it did not flare my face up. First experience with any oil supplements! No bad aftertaste either. I’ve been primarily taking Pure Encapsulations brand for all of my supplements which is very highly priced, but I guess you don’t need to pay double to get great results. This is definitely my new favorite company.

The first time I ordered this in July, the capsules were thicker and cloudy, hard to swallow. The effects were great though, i could see and feel a difference right away, plus no after taste or fish burps. So when I reordered this month, I was surprised to see the capsules were clear and smooth, SO much easier to take and still the same benefits. I wouldn’t take another fish oil pill other than this!

it arrived with the outer and inner safety seals broken. did a count, twice and had the full 120. not sure why, but i keep getting opened product packaging from amazon. soooo… check your safety seals folks. i did not ask for a refund as the pills look good, unmolested.
