I have had shoulder cartilage degeneration for many years, basically bone on bone. I have always had sometime of pain associated with my shoulder. I have taken this product twice a day as recommended and I have had significantly better days then worse. I also at the same time started COq10. I sleep through the night and wake with no pain. I am a mechanic so I use my arms and shoulders all the time, I am 47 years old and eat very healthy, play soccer weekly. The odd pains in my knee have gone away also. Lots of information on health benefits to read on. This company shipped fast, I will buy from them again.

A co-working recommended this product saying it has helped lower his blood pressure by 20 points. I forgot to ask how long he had been taking it. It is too early to tell for me because I just took it for about two weeks. I didn’t take it twice per day as stated on the label either due to morning hectic. Why did I post this now if I didn’t know the result yet? Reason, Amazon sent me an email asking me to. I plan to update this post when I finish the first bottle and if time permits.
As I stated earlier that it is too early to tell how this product works for me, so I give it a three (3) stars for now. I want to leave it blank for now but I’m not allow to. So, the star rating does not mean anything at this point.
As far as purchasing experience from Amazon, I have no complaint at all. This is not the first time I bought things from Amazon either. Been happy every time. Price, service, shipping are great.

I am astonished at how better my memory has gotten in the few weeks I have been taking this Fish oil. I love immediate results and few supplements actually give you that. This does not smell fishy and even though the pills are quite large, they go down easier and I have to take less of them to get the amount of omega 3 in other brands. This helps with joints, heart function and I think is helping my nails and hair grow. Miracle Brain food in a pill, isn’t that what we all want?

I have had issues with every type of fish oil I’ve ever tried, as they all irritate my stomach, causing reflux, “fish burps”, etc., even the “burpless” kinds. This one, however, is different. The enteric coating really works, so no stomach problems at all. I can’t say if it is doing what it should for my brain, heart, etc., but I hope so!
