The flavor on this is an acquired taste I’d say but it’s nothing too crazy. It makes my teeth feel and look super clean and shiny. I haven’t used it consistently enough to see all the benefits. I’m not sure how to store properly …maybe because I never read instructions but overall it’s a good product.

But it doesn’t work. I followed the directions carefully because it was the first time I’ve used this. This thing never softened. Chewing on the end whether gently, medium pressure or hard all resulted in the same thing – granules in my mouth that I had to spit out. It never separated into layers of any type to brush with. Finally, I soaked the end in water to see if it just needed more moisture. Same result. So I contacted the company and all I got was: “Nobody else has complained. Don’t give us a bad rating.” They didn’t even offer to send me a new one just in case I got a “bad one”. So guess what? I’m giving them a bad review because it didn’t deliver what was promised and they didn’t care if I was happy or not.
