I have not experienced any of the side effects that one can get from taking a new supplement. No rashes or upset stomach which is the 2 most common reported side effects. Now I am only been taking this for a week or so but I do feel like I may be more calm. Now that can very well just be a placebo effect since I have not been taking them very long. After I get to a full month I will come back and report my findings & I will also report if I experience any side effects.

I love these herbs how they help heal and prevent inflammation and sickness. However, I apparently am sensitive to seamoss as taking it I was excited but i started swelling and retaining water. I know the other herbs are okay since i take them often. So thought i cant’ use this, it might be great for you as the vitamins naturally are great

More and more I see supplement manufacturers adding three or four key ingredients and blending them together. That’s cool. This one has ashwagandha and turmeric along with black seed extract. Well turmeric I know for sure has helped me with my pain in my knees and I take it daily so it doesn’t hurt to have a little more of it in me. Ashwagandha can help Boost energy I feel and the black seed extract is also a good addition for the body. I am not a health practitioner and I am not trying to cure or diagnose or prevent any disease here this is just my own personal opinion from my own personal experience. But I know what works for me and maybe it will work for you too. I like this supplement it’s a good blend.

It’s hard to really review a supplement like this in a fairly short window, and I probably haven’t been taking this long enough to really notice any positive benefits, but I haven’t any negative reactions, either. My energy has been good and I haven’t gotten sick, so those are pluses. A few things I look for when trying a brand I hadn’t tried before is if the package arrives properly sealed and if all capsules are present, accounted for, and, most important, unbroken. Check, check, and check with these. There was a plastic safety wrap around the cap and a peel off safety cover over the bottle – standard stuff but always reassuring when everything is in order. One thing to note: it does not say Made in the USA on the label, as it does on the Amazon page. It says, “Manufactured for: NEW AGE. So if knowing exactly whose making your supplements where is of concern, keep that in mind. As for the minerals, I didn’t know a lot about a lot of them, but a little research shows myriad possible benefits, and the amounts in each dose seem substantial, i.e., not just a bunch of pretty words on a label but real quantities.

I always reserve some skepticism for these multi-extract blends, as such things tend to find themselves within the realm of placebo. Looking at the ingredients, it seems that they’re going for a general sorta immune/energy boost. Since it’s the peak of summer, and people aren’t really getting all that sick due to the heat and such, I had to opt more toward the latter. I’ve taken ashwagandha for a little bit now, and I do know that it has a positive effect on me. I spent one week off of the supplement I had been taking, then one week on this, then one week back off to compare. I did get that sleep assistance and general extra bump that I do expect from the ashwagandha, although I did find myself having to use the bathroom a lot more (apparently that might be the burdock root extract). It’s worth noting that while a lot of these source ingredients do have a lot of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, I don’t know how well those carry over into the extract, or whether they may end up denatured, or etc. I am a bit concerned that the ashwagandha extract isn’t labeled as KSM-66, so I don’t know how pure it is overall, but I didn’t find myself having any immediate issues. Other than the ashwagandha bump and the more frequent number ones, I didn’t notice anything else really. I dunno, it’s kinda hard to review stuff like this, but I’d say the benefits were there, and the only downside I noticed wasn’t really all that bad.
