I ordered these beads for Muslim ritual dhikr. There were supposed to be 99 beads on this item; instead, there were 101 beads. I paid almost $40 to receive an item that had an incorrect number of beads. When I contacted the seller I was told, “No problem – just use a pair of pliers to remove the 2 extra beads!” This was unprofessional and unacceptable. The seller knows exactly how many beads there were supposed to be, and they sent me this faulty item anyway then asked ME to do the job that should have been done before they sent me the beads. Where is the attention to detail? These beads were not inexpensive, they are supposed to be used for religious purposes, and I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. I will never purchase anything from this seller again.
