 Loved the product the taste you have to get use I need to find supplements with no animal product in and I believe this has beef but over all a great product as I say in all my reviews everything is over priced on this platform x would buy again. Makes you feel good for the inside building up your immune system prevents from getting cold ect take it with your other minerals and vitamins with lemon and ginger shots every day 😊

I’ve been taking various brands of black seed oil for awhile. Up til now, my experience was with bulk liquid bottles. It’s nice to compare the flavor and bite of different brands as a rough gauge of quality. I can’t do that with these soft gel capsules, but they are extremely powerful in supporting the suppression of pain and inflammation in my arthritic back. With bulk liquid, I would consume a larger dose than I do with these capsules, but I feel that these capsules actually help me more than the larger liquid doses. This was a surprise and went against my expectation. I do typically take 1.5 to 2 times the recommended dose of two capsules, but still less than what I was taking from the bulk liquid brands. It really helps me a lot. I put it on par or even better than turmeric for my need. I decided to try the soft gel capsules because I got sick of having to pour liquid onto a spoon, and one day, I accidentally aspirated a small amount of oil. It burned terribly for awhile, and even after a couple of days, I still had to clear my throat from the damage. There is no danger of that happening with these capsules. Black seed oil is strong stuff, and you can definitely smell and slightly taste it through the gel capsules. But it’s subdued enough that even those who can’t stand black seed oil shouldn’t have a problem swallowing them. This brand is cold pressed, extra virgin, pure, and unrefined. The sales page claims it’s free of pesticides and herbicides. Currently at about $10 for a sixty day supply, I think its a good deal on a great product.

Suppresses over eating and makes you feel better. Love it!

I remember using these when I was a kid with bad asthma and was excited to try this brand when I found it the other week. The pill is advertised as helping with immune system health and being full of omega 3, 6, and 9 (just FYI, omega 9 is essential), but I was most interested in the pill’s anti-inflammatory properties. Running cross-country in high school, black cumin seed oil helped my frequent cramping and asthma attacks. After taking these for a few weeks, I am beginning to notice a subtle difference in the way I generally feel. It is hard to describe, but I feel “cleaner” and have a greater amount of mental clarity. So, I think these are a good buy and that these pills probably work as advertised. I write “probably” because, as some studies that various friends have pointed out to me say, much of what we get when we buy vitamins are not regulated and do not even contain the vitamins they advertise. I doubt this is the case with this particular brand if for no other reason than that I feel well after taking them for a while and that I can taste the cumin after the pill dissolves in my stomach. Honestly, I don’t mind the flavor and find it kind of neat, but the buyer should know that they will smell a bit of the cumin on their breath.

All in all I think this is a great product, but some may not like how it makes their breath smell.

I gave up my regular black seed oil pills about a month ago so that I could test these smaller, less expensive pills out. I found that I had to take double the recommended dosage to achieve the same effect as my old pills. I like the price on these; it’s way cheaper than my go-to brand. I also like the smaller size, but I don’t like having to take four, sometimes five pills a day to get what my old brand gives me for two. Considering that I have to take so many more of these, it really isn’t a price saver at all. I take black seed oil for hot flashes, a strong immune system and to help grow my lovely locks.

I have taken these over the past few months to get a good idea if these would make a difference. and unfortunately I have seen zero benefits to help with the following 1. Weight management, there was no change , 2. blood sugar – no change 3. increased energy or sleep no benefits. I’m not sure if this is down to to quality of the product as I know ppl who have had success with black seed oils but for me this made zero impact. The slight laxative effect also stopped after the second day so overall this was a disappointing experience.
