I have been taking this product daily for three weeks and I have noticed a difference in my health. I do not have my gallbladder and has helped with stomach discomfort. I have noticed a difference in muscle spasms have not had any. I will be learning more about this product because I want to live a healthier life without prescribed medications. I have notice a slight difference in my glucose (decrease) of course with a change of diet. I have a decrease in aches and pains I was having throughout my body. Easy to swallow and mild after taste when belching. I did misplace the paper inside to order a free bottle. I hope when the read the reviews they will compliment me with that free bottle.

I love that these capsules are very easy to swallow and that I can actually see the oil inside. I take them for their health benefits and I also give them to my 19 years old son. We take them on an empty stomach every morning and have no issues/side effects. Both of us have not been sick, ever, since we started taking these. I cannot say for sure that it is the oil itself but… high in antioxidants does help the immune system. I would recommend and I would purchase again.

This supplement is very convenient in capsule form. The taste of black seed oil is very unpalatable…but has amazing benefits. Liquid Black seed oil tastes gross. I started taking this supplement because of having sleep issues along with deprivation and frequent waking due to chronic pain. The reviews regarding getting deep sleep are accurate. I immediately slept more soundly with this black seed oil (I had to lay down and take a nap with the very first capsule) and was able to not only get back to sleep that night but stay asleep for the first time in decades. I continue to sleep deeply and I will not be without this supplement.. It is a vital addition to my healthy regimen. My husband also takes this and enjoys a better deeper quality of sleep.

Every since buying this product I feel 100 percent better and completely different.I sleep better,I don’t feel as much aches and pains and generally I can just tell a difference in my health.After given birth I had a pain in my leg that would not go away in the place where my leg cramped up while I wash pushing.Ever since taking these vitamins the pain has went away tremendously.It’s rare that I feel it.I’m also not as lethargic and weak like I’m in a daze like I was before.I’m a single mom on the go all the time and drained most of the time.It’s helped so much energy wise.I would recommend trying for all your health needs.Also even though this wasn’t an factor for me buying this vitamin I noticed I have slimmed down a lot and lost weight in my waist area.
