When first buying this, I must say I was skeptical but after using it for a couple months at least; I can truly say ‘for me”…it definitely works. Its some of the best hemp oil I’ve used to date. I used to do a lot of crazy things roller skating,sking,running; and I have a knee that every so often reminds me of those things. So I use this as a topical to rub on it and in lieu of try to take a pain pill or do some kind of crazy treatment. It works! Really good to take a aspen to just one works. Well, that’s me. I like this 4 ounces organic hemp seed oil because I can use it as a light unscented natural face moisturizer. And I can ingest it from the enclosed dropper. I received it fast from Amazon shipper. Also sometimes I place 3-4 drops on a small piece of warm hard boiled egg in a separate bird cup, for my senior age canaries to help keep their skin and feathers healthy. And I remove the left over and refrigerate it. But everyday I do this same thing with another fresh piece of egg. Thank you seller for this healthy wholesome item and Amazon.com staffs👍👍👍👍👍😊
