I’ve been taking this for a few days. I haven’t noticed too much but i’ve noticed an increase in energy and I just feel cleaner if that makes any sense. I used to have skin itchiness and it seems a lot better already! I have been doing a dropper full each morning. Only small issue i’ve had is the dropper doesn’t really bring up the oil more than half way, but it gets the job done! The taste isn’t the best, but if you want results, you push through it!

I have used good quality black seed oils before and they didn’t smell like this one. Very strong, overpowering chemical smell like gasoline or diesel. Won’t be purchasing again.

This stuff tastes like shavings from a pencil when I first took it and it made me gag. The best way to take it is to place it underneath your tongue and chug water with it – the taste isn’t so bad that way, since it doesn’t touch your taste buds. This didn’t upset my stomach, but I feel like this supplement somewhat helps suppress my appetite.
