UPDATE: Received a full refund and reordering. It is a great product. They need to work on the shipping to stop the melting/lumping issue.
OLD: This product is great, but this shipment had all the pills lumped together, indicating they probably overheated in shipping or deliver. Cannot return. What a waste of my money. If the seller is willing to send me a replacement I will gladly send the lumped mass back to them!
