These aren’t big vitamins, which I can take, but the shape of these make me gag and has a hard time going down, only pill I’ve ever taken that comes back up easily. But on the plus side I’ve seen an increase in my skin and hair. I’ve also noticed an increase in my sex drive, which is why I bought them bc my husband and I are TTC. Now this could be a placebo affect but we’ve been trying a year so I’ll update if we do end of conceiving in the next month or so. Also I read some reviews about negative side effects, so I started with a half dose for the first couple days and then increased to 2 a day. And yes I experienced insomnia like many others noticed. I highly suggest taking it in the morning. Even late afternoon dose kept me up.

I have been taking these since August 5th 2023 which is slightly over a month at this point, and my acne has not decreased at all if anything it’s the same I had a partial hysterectomy in March 23 so I wanted to balance my hormones, I still get occasional hot flashes at night here and there, I want to finish the bottle and can update my review They do make me gag sometimes with the weird shape but no smell or fishy burp/taste .. PRO – I do like that it is a 2 month supply wish more products were this way instead of every month 30+ bucks

I started getting hot flashes the night before my 49th birthday. Happy birthday to me, right? It took me some time to experiment, but I’m happy to say consistently for 1-2 months now – I no longer have them! I take 2 of these at night before bed. I personally bite a hole in them and swallow the contents rather than swallowing them hole – taste is fine and I had called the company one time asking if it was okay to do that. I tried taking a higher dose of just evening primrose (also purchased on Amazon) in the beginning during the day and it consistently gave me headaches. So this Omega Woman blend is it! Hope it helps you like it has for me. UPDATE: a few months later I started getting hot flashes again…in May I discovered Estroven which started worked after one week, hurray! I’m finally getting sleep again and no hot flashes. It’s sold here on Amazon but also in bulk at Costco. So thankful I found it!

I’ve been taking this for about 45 days now. About a week after starting I noticed that my sex drive was abnormally high. I’m a 42 yr/old women who didn’t have much of a sex drive for the past 10 years. It’s so bad that when my husband is not available I have to do it myself, like in the middle of the day, it can be irritating sometimes… (sorry if this is TMI). It also made me enjoy sex a lot more.
I noticed several benefits, it cleared my skin (I somehow still have acne at 42!), my hair is shinier, stronger, no more breast pain, no more PMS, it is also helping with pains I have because of repeated movement.
It did have other side effects too: it seems to be changing my periods, I’m spotting like crazy, made me nauseous for a few days when I started taking it, gave me a little bit of diarrhea (but only the first few days), and it gives me insomnia. I did some research and it seems that primrose oil increases dopamine and serotonin, and this can make you extra alert, so you can’t sleep.
Different people seem to have difference side effects with this supplement. I’ve seen reports of extreme anxiety, even panic attacks. So I would recommend people to keep a diary of symptoms, so you can keep track of what’s changing in your body.
