I’m 59 yrs old. Been a carpenter for 40 yrs and have been breaking down (health wise) for last 6-7years. After taking other supplements with little effect, I continued researching natural remedies for inflammation, I decided to try this. I’ve been taking this for about a month now for osteoarthritis (bone on bone) for my right knee. Although I’m still somewhat limited my right knee is the best it has been for months! I’m walking better. Playing golf again and in overall better health. I also have a lower back Sciatic nerve problem that flairs up occasionally and my back is also the best it has felt since last fall. I’m a believer and will continue to take. It’s relatively affordable and easy to take . It Works for me! I highly recommend trying if you have inflammation like I do!!

This is actually my second bottle because my lovely wife was helping me to deplete the first bottle without me knowing, so women can take it also.
