There is nothing to dislike, these gummies make me sleep more or less an hour after I take them.

If I take 2, I think they help with sleep start. My wife says they do nothing for her. Probably won’t buy them again. We first tried CBD gummies from a CBD store and they worked for both of us. But those were much larger, not sure about the active ingredient levels.
