Although I know the aroma won’t help my headaches and migraines, it’s nice when you must apply a product on your forehead and temples and the aroma isn’t offensive. I’ve mixed some of this with other migraine blends and it does help a little with my headaches. I am planning on using a small roller ball bottle and using this along with one of my carrier oils. I’ll probably use either the fractionated coconut or almond oil.
I also use it in my diffuser with several other oils to address other medical problems I’m dealing with. I’m finding that the diffuser is more effective than actually using the product on my skin when I get migraines. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from headaches and migraines. Play with it until you find the best way it can help you.
I had to purchase a second bottle the next day because as I was filling up my roller balls, like dominoes all of the balls tipped over and I lost my mixture. This will definitely be my “go to” headache/migraine mix. I get either a regular headache or migraine daily. So glad I found this product.

I use this essential oil for my migraine/headache. At first, I applied some drops directly on my forehead, next to my eyes, shoulders and the back of my neck. It gave me strong sensation that cleared up my pain. Later I learned that I was not supposed to apply it directly on my skin, so I started diluting with hemp oil. I carry this mixture all the time. I feel this mixture does not work well for my migraine compared to the time that I applied it directly on my skin. So I still apply it directly to my skin sometime to ease my pain. It makes my skin texture change (drier?), but it is not a significant change. I rather have no/less pain than skin issues. I use this in my diffuser as well and the smell is great and I feel it helps me to sleep better.

I absolutely LOVE this brand! For years I’ve suffered from tension headaches that escalate to migraine pain levels, and have been looking for ways to lower the frequency and/or severity. I recently bought a diffuser and this oil, as well as another top-rated headache oil (Eden’s Garden Head Ease). I started with this oil blend because it was the first I bought. First, about the diffuser- I bought the Victsing 150ml 3rd version diffuser with sleep mode. The sleep mode lets it run longer (advertised up to 10 hours) without running out of water and shutting off. With 150ml of water, I used about 14 drops of this Headache Ease oil and turned it on sleep mode. There wasn’t much mist coming out, and the diffuser was 5-6 feet away from me, so I wondered about it’s effectivity. My bedroom is pretty large, and with the door closed I could smell the minty oil a little bit after just a few minutes.
It worked GREAT! No initial beginnings of a headache! I did note though as others have stated, that the oil smell wears off – after 6-7 hours I think. So when I wake up to use the restroom halfway through the night, I add about 6-7 more drops of oil. If there is still enough water in the tank (25% or so depending on how many more hours you still need it to run) I don’t add more water. If adding more water mid-night, add more than 7 drops of oil… I also noticed that when I initially lay down to sleep, my nose is usually halfway stuffy. But when I wake up after 7-8 hours of sleep, my nose is pretty clear! When I first lay down, upon starting to smell the oil blend, I take several deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth). The positive effects continued for several days, but I thought I’d check reviews on the internet for the top-rated headache blend oil. It turned out to be a headache blend from Edens Garden with the same name – Head Ease. As the Edens Garden was rated as the top seemingly because it contains more types of oil in the blend, I thought I’d try it even though it’s more expensive than the Natural Riches blend. I used the same number of drops with the sleep mode but didn’t smell any of the same mintiness that I did with the Natural Riches blend. While I didn’t wake up with the beginnings of a headache the next morning with it, I won’t be buying it anymore.
I thought I would use up the bottle pretty fast with the 14 drops (plus extra mid-sleep) during the night, but after over a week of use, I can’t tell that the level has dropped at all!
The only improvement I would like to see – make this available with the discount on subscribe-and-save!
