Good and sturdy to some degree! Back support is not as solid but acceptable. It could’ve been better. Quality in design is lacking – wrinkles in some parts and cannot be smoothed out, and the rug itself is not 100% uniform – the unpadded part (bottom) for example is slightly crooked and is not parallel to the top! It’s made in China but claims to be of Turkish design! I decided to keep it because it supports my back while in prayer or during Friday sermons. The $34 price is an overkill. I wouldn’t buy it again .
