I have used this for over a year. I used to use a professional mask but it was six times the price. This is just as good or even better. I wash my hair and the. Put it in. Leave in at lease 5 minutes. I brush my hair out in the shower and then use just a little as a leave in. But I have very think dry hair. I then plop in a towel and air fry.
