hello jane, measure length in our country is always in centimeters.
When you open the size option while purchasing, it is seen that it is cm.
For our customers in the USA, there is an inch equivalent in the description of each product.
however, we have made it more understandable with terms such as small size – medium size – large size – extra large for our customers to understand better.
but you bought it without reading it and you are creating a bad image to other buyers.
I do not find this true.
you can still return it without any problems, just contact us about the return process.

Item is quality and seller is responsive but buying was confusing and difficult! US BUYERS, THE DIMENSIONS ARE LISTED IN CENTIMETERS! Also, the display photos must surely be photoshopped as they are not properly scaled. **Item shows on Etsy much larger than it is in person.**
Our original purchase was comically small bc we thought we were buying something 50 INCHES long and it arrived as 50 cm. Seller offered to let us return it, but shipping it back to TURKEY would have cost over half what the item was worth, so we kept it. We then placed a second order, this time for the second largest item. It was shipped in a flimsy box and arrived bent in numerous places. Very disappointing! Seller offered to replace but my husband was able to bend it back into shape so we kept it. PS There is no option for me to upload photos!

It’s an impressive piece of art, the assembly was easy but had me add more parts than needed. That was not a problem but I was wondered why they’re included. I was pleased that additional screws and nuts were included.
It was packed well with foam but one of the compass arrows was slightly bent. I let it rest on my rug with some weights on the bend and it improved.
For installation, I would have like a templatestemplate to determine where to drill holes. I used the North arrow as a mid point but the wall anchors are not equidistant from the North arrow so a lot of measurements are required. When all was done, it is sloped a little bit (3/16”). I’m sure visitors won’t notice.
There is a metal name plate with punched holes in it but I don’t know its purpose.
Overall, the piece is a nice addition to our home.

The item was very very deceptive. The measurements were in cm and I assumed inches. The picture showed it very big and over a couch and listed as 50 x38 cm. He got me and I have no recourse but I feel duped. Very misleading. It is very tiny-13” x 18”. Not at all what I needed or wanted. It is also VERY light weight-not sturdy at all. BUYER BEWARE-measurements are in cm and the product came from Turkey.
