Hoy cumplo dos semanas tomándolo, por ello hago la reseña hoy. El.sabor es malo, he notado agruras, supongo es el aceite de dilusion, con otra marca no sucedía

I actually used this topically first on a rash I got from an AirBNB and it worked WONDERS! But this is for internal consumption, I combine it with my multivitamin- and yes the taste is awful but all good medicines are bitter. I didn’t have an upset stomach but I did burp a bit after taking this orally- and revisted scent. Still a great supplement to have on hand! No other reactions. No bathroom issues. No nausea. No aches or pains. Will continue to use.

I had no idea what to expect. I have psoriatic arthritis and a host of other problems and my joint swelling is healing up like a miracle! I get better and better every day. Saw results after 2 weeks and I was just taking it as a general health booster hoping it would help something and it really did. I have HS and it helps those cysts heal up very quickly, helps the psoriasis on my face calm down and be less red and swollen within a half hour of using it. Not much for fibro, but it still could. I do a dropper full in about an oz of water a day, or put directly on skin- never bothered me and I have super sensitive skin- it doesn’t taste great, but it’s tolerable. Kind of tastes chemicle-ish, like wasabi does, It’s tastes like tea tree oil smells- if that makes any sense. I will keep using this!

I have lost weight while using this product but have also stopped snacking at night, upped my physical activity and am eating smaller portions. But I just re-read the recommended dose and realized I’ve been taking 2 droppers full which is more than twice the recommended dosage. The taste reminds me of oil of oregano but doesn’t last long in the mouth.
