I opened the bottle to get a little whiff of the scent, but upon doing do a glob of the perfume oil dripped off the stopper and as a reaction I wiped it off the side with my hand and them panicked and wiped my hands on my pants. I then realsied the smell is POTENT and definitely a granny scent in my opinion so I tried to wash the smell off my hands. I used dish soap and it didn’t work I still smelled like a lil granny, so I used Detol and the smells combined created the exact aroma of the old folks home my gramma went to.
Long story short the smell is definitely strong, and I’m sure if you used jusy a tiny bit it would be pleasant but I had a pretty tragic first experience.
9 out of 10 grannies would love this perfume.

It really does smell so amazing and it lasts for ages, I’ve taking to wearing both at the same time. My only issue I guess is two part, to me it doesn’t really seem like an oil? It’s thick, almost syrupy and quite sticky. The first time I put a bit on my neck and I kept forgetting so my hands were just always sticky and perfumey aka. not ideal since it gets on everything. That brings me to my second issue, the applicator is just not it, it’s a little wand but it takes some force to open and because of the texture the product smears over the top so when it closes it goops. I have no idea if I’m just missing some secret application trick but it’s messy that’s why I took off a star because smell wise it’s definitely 5!

Before I bought this I was looking like CRAZY on reviews everywhere then I thought just do it! Screw it. OMG it smells so good. Rosey, floral, powdery vanilla is best as I can describe it off the back. Soft though! Not overbearing. Comes with a small tester vile of the white musk in the pouch as well to layer it. The white musk is a very soft vanilla & they compliment each other very well! Comes with a card info instructions etc. But what I noticed is it works (stays MUCH longer) when you DONT RUB IT into your skin. I applied it at noon, it’s 7pm and the spot I put on when i rubbed my wrists (before I knew) faded, but I caught myself & thought don’t rub it, so every other place I put the oil on is still going strong. Does not take much either to smell this! Lol.. probably why the bottle size is an appropriate amount. But I’m going to buy more of the white musk to layer it. It’s actually meant as a base for perfume sprays it says, but these oils ALONE works just fine with me!

See photo for a size comparison. These were a purchase recommendation from an IG scent lady that hasn’t failed me yet. They are super thick and long lasting. After 8 hours I can still smell them both faintly when worn.
However the Musk Tahara (white) is my favorite out of the pair. It has a much more powdery scent to it, with a very very faint floral hint. More soft and feminine. Subtle. And excellent with layering other scents. The Pink Musk (pink) has a more flowery tone. I would say it’s a true floral. Doesn’t work well with my other scents for layering, they all match closer to the white, but stand alone I think it’s the stronger of the two. Also thicker. I put too much on my first time and 12 hours later I still smelled good.
How can you tell you put too much? Your skin shouldn’t be sticky. The oil should just kind of.. melt into your skin eventually. My skin just had that sticky feel even after washing. Start small!!
Both scents I would say are feminine. And with my body chemistry they work really well. ( I also ordered a discovery set of their unisex perfumes, and that is a true mix of unisex scents. Lasts between 4-8 hrs. ) I also received a hand written post card as a thank you. Even if it’s a mass written one, someone had to take the time to get a hand cramp if they do it in batches.
Very impressed for the price I paid for the longevity of them. These are also the perfect size to get into scents if you’re new, or if you’re like me, you just like to smell good for yourself. They don’t take up any room and truly a little goes a long way.
They’re glass bottles so I don’t think they’re great for travel on a plane, but if you could keep them in a carry on possibly.

Ive gotten sm compliments from this and it was just a blind buy. Comes with a small samplle of the white one to layer them and they compliment each other well. Def will buy again

I got musk tahara which came with a sample vial of pink musk.
It has a clean laundry smell which isnt really my thing for perfume but I wouldn’t mind it as a room spray. The consistency is pretty thick so this will last a while.

Beautiful scent! Not too strong, the pink musk oil lingers long after applied, especially if applied on pulse areas. It has a rose, and vanilla smell but ts not overwhelming. I get many compliments how good I smell. If you like the smell of roses, I highly recommend this Pink Tahara oil. And the bottle is lovely, and applicator makes it easy to apply, no mess, just dab on wrist, neck or all over! Will definitely buy again.

This has that floral Chanel No. 5 scent to it. So if you like that, then great! If you happen to think that Chanel No. 5 smells like baby powder and old ladies…well, you have been warned. The scent does last all day, the bottles are cute and arrived without damage. The pink bottle seemed like it wasn’t homogenous in the mixture, but I’m not sure that had a significant impact on anything. It probably just settled. If I had liked the scent, I would absolutely order from this store again.
