This is the best. I like it and will buy again.

 I often do reviews but I especially wanted to do this one as there aren’t many reviews here that go really in depth on the scent profiles. Also, there are things I need to say about the seller (Fragrance4ever) as a word of advice to them as well as a warning to potential customers. I’ll also update if the scent changes.

TLDR:
– Fragrance4ever very low response time, unprofessional, and stingy with terrible customer service, Amazon resolved eventually
– unidentified floating object in darker bottle, hazardous health and safety risk and bad quality control
– darker bottle: toilet water/clean bathroom/cinnamon, 0/10
– lighter bottle: burnt sugar/woody/smoky, 7/10

GENERAL
Pros:
– arrived a day early (ordered 21 Aug, shipped 22 Aug w/initial timeline 24-28 Aug, arrived 23 Aug)
– good deal (3 for $34 vs each for $20-22 from different sellers)
– wrapped very securely
– official/legit (see seal in pics!)

Cons:
– seller (Fragrance4ever)

I found this random floating particle that was there when I first received the bottle. I contacted Fragrance4ever and their communication/promptness and customer service is bottom of the barrel. Despite seemingly being located in CST, their responses are made on average 12+ hours later (sometimes even 24+ hrs) and are very unresponsive and stingy. This entire ordeal lasted 2 whole weeks. After many days with barely anything I got in contact with Amazon customer service and surprisingly they responded quickly, then radio silence for another 18 hours. To give them time, I contacted Amazon again 3 days after that and they only sent 2 messages in that time. I understand they are simply a middle man of the main manufacturers and have no control over what is sent to them to ship to us, but as a company it’s important to make sure the products you sell are in good condition and they have fallen short with this. I purchased the value pack (2 for $34) and they would only originally offer a $3.40 refund (20% of $17) on the bottle which is insanely low for something of this concern. I also offered to return it, not knowing the item was non-returnable, and they told me to pay my own postage and send to them, with no assurance of a safely delivered product or even to get a refund. After 2 weeks of battling with this and 5 Amazon contacts later, I was finally able to get this problem rectified through Amazon directly, and receive a full refund for the entire order of $36.91.

Fragrance4ever, a company selling some of the most popular Arab fragrances, having thousands of reviews and even more purchases, taking in tons of money per day and having thousands of buyers, can be so stingy and difficult to work with. It’s only $17, can a large perfume company really be so stingy to not just refund $17? You’d think their customer service would be better or at the very least more responsive. Overall, a conversation that could have been finished within 24, at most even 48 hours, took two weeks to complete due to poor customer service, extremely long wait time, and non-detailed responses; making the responses too vague and lacking that any discrepancy in the process can easily be manipulated to pin on the customer. If you do shop with them pray your items are in the best condition, because anything less will be a pain to have to deal with. If you do buy this or any other fragrance just to be safe avoid Fragrance4ever.

DARK BOTTLE
Pros:
– came with another air freshener/deodorant type spray
– nice ombre bottle look

Cons:
– scent (toilet bowl cinnamon)
– not a safe blind buy
– unidentified floating thing in my container

This initially reminds me of an old church bathroom that just got cleaned, or when you accidentally get a whiff of a clean empty toilet flushing. Absolutely abhorrent yet “clean” (in a bad way). 10 min later it moved somewhat to a “brighter” scent but still giving bathroom and toilet. About 30 min later it’s a bit less bathroom but it’s still so hard to put my finger on, maybe a light spicy wood scent? After about an hour it’s a sour rotten wood (30) and cinnamon (70) scent which is really weird. Hours later it’s pure cinnamon, 0/10.

LIGHT BOTTLE
Pros:
– comforting scent (deep smoky woody burnt sugar)
– amount of product (3.4oz)
– great for night out
– longevity (12hr+ on skin, forever on clothes)

Cons:
– could smell through box/very strong

Warm deep smoky sweetness, very nice but def not for hot weather! I honestly believe this is unisex and can be more fem/masc if you mix with particular scents. This smells intoxicating, it is VERY strong and anything more than 2 sprays is INSANE. It lingers for hours (12+), the smell is smoky (30) and burnt sugar (70) with some woody notes in the background but those woody notes take literal HOURS (maybe like 4-6hr) before they show. I also get sort of a scent that resembles menthol not in smell but in feel; like that cooling sensation you’d get in the back of your nose is something I also get from this but not as intense, I’m not sure what it is but it’s not really that bad, just a little odd imo. This would smell so nice in colder times of year, I don’t see this as a suitable everyday scent for me personally. It feels like something that would suit the nightime better, like a nice fancy dinner or if you want to step out looking nice, I wouldn’t wear this to Krogers lol. I’m excited to see how the scent matures, so far a solid 7/10.

This smell was everything I wanted it to be and more it was that perfect campfire woods smell I love it so much
