This product was recommended to me for asthma & respiratory relief. I started using it and didn’t notice an immediate improvement, but continued daily usage of 2 tablets daily. When the following spring came, I noticed an incredible improvement in my allergies; and as I still continue the daily dosage my nasal passages stay open and rarely ever get congested like before. I have noticed that in the fall & winter I do not catch colds & respiratory infections like before. I will continue to take Black Seed Oil capsules the rest of my life. There are absolutely no side effects, no after taste, and there is no burping or burp taste as I have read on some of the other comments. This is a good product and I highly recommend it. I have not had another asthma attack since I started these capsules. This is what I take it for, there are many other reasons that people take this supplement. It is a miracle thing for lots of people. Hope this helps for someone who reads this.

And while I now take three or four capsules instead of two, this product still works. The stiffness that had slowly crept up on me through the years when I first got up out of bed in the morning is completely gone.

Disappointed!
This is a completely different product than is pictured (It is packaged in a pink labeled plastic bottle–although it is supposedly produced by the Heritage Store as the one pictured in the ad.)
This product doesn’t work nearly as well as the one pictured in the ad. I am taking at least 4 of these capsules as opposed to taking only 2 of the one pictured.
My recommendation? If you are going to purchase this product, go to the health food store and purchase the one that works–the one pictured–because this pink one can’t be returned. 🙁

I have been taking this now for a couple of months. I was hoping to get cardiovascular benefits, which I think I have. But the unexpected benefit has been reduced puffiness in my gums. I am not consistent at flossing but when I did it recently there was no blood and the floss was easier to get between my teeth.

I hate the way this oil tastes. Not sure if it’s just BSO in general or if this was rancid. I literally took one and refuse to take anymore. Don’t know what to do with the rest of the bottle.
