This was a great black seed oil until they decided to change the ingredients. It was pure black seed oil before but now they have added other ingredients, one of them being sunflower oil which is known to cause inflammation and is filled with very unhealthy b Omega 6. I’m looking for a pure Organic black seed oil with at least 2% thymoquinone. Any suggestions?

I bought this for multi use purposes. I mostly use it topically on my face. Keeps me moisturized and after a week of using it I no longer wear foundation! My skin looks amazing

This BSO is great quality. The taste definitely requires an adjustment, but I add the dropper into a teaspoon and add some good organic honey to take it. This combination works for me. I am shifting to the more economic Whole Foods branded organic BSO, but I’m not leaving this product due to dissatisfaction with it Per se. I feel like this BSO has improved my gut health and I’m taking it for it’s documented antioxidant and antineoplastic properties.

Sunflower oil is one of the most toxic polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) we can ingest. This is black seed oil combined with sunflower oil. Not worth it. It’d be better to find pure black seed oil.
