The pills are easy to take! It’s a bit early for me to tell if they work for me. Future blood tests will tell me!

Don’t like the after taste, common with black seed oil. This is the real thing, but unfortunately I can’t use black seed oil.
I pierced a capsule and smelled and tasted it. It is authentic black seed oil. Once you taste BS oil, you’ll never forget the taste…
If you need the capsules vs liquid this would be a good choice.

The pills are pretty good, but even in capsule form, it still has an after taste causes slightly woody, spicy burps sometimes.

I only took 1 day as that day I ended up feeling terrible. I’m not sure if it was this. I’m on calcium channel blockers and thyroid meds so not sure if it’s safe for me

Very effective use that I include in regimen for candida overgrowth no soy and other horrible fillers
I use this in conjunction with make a highly effective anticandida cocktail with:

🌼And high grade probiotic suited for anticandida therapy with sachromyces boulardi L. Rhamnosus acidophilus 100-200 billion 💪🏿
🌼Gaia oregano oil gel tabs
And have modified my diet
This approach has saved my life after trial and fail of so many other efforts I only use high grade soy free gmo free and other garbage fillers free supplements
I’ve experienced weight loss improved sleep pain management and more energy better sleep and modification of mental fogginess along with decreased appetite

Gaia Black Seed Oil, I Lord very it. It even does a better job than some of the oils, If you Don’t like the taste of the oils This is for you with a Stronger amount of the ingredient that u want it’s hard to find 10% in oil or pill I bought it because of its anti-inflammation properties. I Love Gaia IT HAS NEVER FAILED ME YET
