Intense, hypnotic woodsy-spicy fragrance, with a touch of ylang ylang to add a bit of romantic mystery. Altogether soul-stirring! Shipping was timely and packaging was simple but nice, with a note from parfumier Melanie and an image of a haloed woman knight — Joan of Arc, I think? — to capture the scent’s chivalric passion. I love Forest Dew, and would be happy to purchase one of Shamarwyn’s fragrances again!

I read a review that it smelled like pine-sol and I don’t think that’s true. It smells like pine essential oil blended with some other “tree” smells. Longevity is what you’d expect at the price point, makes a good mild perfume or to add an extra layer to another scent. Nothing groundbreaking, but is very nice.

I wanted so badly to like this. I had an essential oil that had pine in it and it was heavenly. A woodsy camping scent.
This is too close to pinesol for my liking and have me a headache. I have tried it off an on for a couple months.
Lasts awhile though.

Does not smell ‘woodsy”. The smell is more like garage floor oil. Also, the scent is not long lasting.
