our first purchase didn’t charge properly, and although I wasn’t able to make contact with USA Toyz through their online chat, I was able to email back and forth with a representative who was able to resolve my issue and sent us a new Force1 within days! Very impressed with their expedient ability to resolve our issue. I would order from them again…likely directly from their website to support a small business!

the life of battery is way too fast. the kids cant play even 3o mins of the drone and its way too expensive.

The little drone was amazing and lots of fun and kids certainly can manage it. The charge, however, is very short (5min) and there is no way to tell if it is charged fully or not or how long it will last.

Really enjoyed having this product was very fun for kids
Issue is that it’s very weak 2nd day of using it one of the top wings broke off and can’t even repair it. Once I decided to look at reviews I noticed that a remote was supposed to come with it I never got it.
If purchasing this product it’s really fun but not gonna last at all so be prepared

The customer service attempted to reach me twice to make it right after getting one that had little issue they wanted pictures to try and see if this issue can be resolved for any future products. Normally a lot of these manufacturers don’t care about their reviews as long as they are selling products but this company went above and beyond. They are sending me a complete new orbiter no charge to see if I just had a bad one. And of course would like to hear back after new one is received. Just at the reacting and quick responsive customer service I’m giving them a 5 star review

Really well designed and engineered with colorful lights, this flying crystal ball is a joy for adults as well as kids. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Brilliantly engineered and quite durable. Charges up quickly and efficiently. Advisable for indoors play only.
Customer service was amazing. After flying it several times over the past year, one of the propeller blades fell off. We noticed an email address in the instructions and sent a request for a new blade. They responded immediately and sent a whole package of new propeller blades right away by UPS! And they did so with a smile.
We were so impressed with the toy’s performance and the excellent customer support, we bought a second for our other grandchild! Not surprisingly, it arrived fully charged and ready to fly!

My kid is fan of drones so he still loves it but he is not very tall and the drone tends to hover pretty high, as a result when my son approaches the drone to make it move forward the drone tends to go up (detecting him below instead of on the side) and out of reach.
Otherwise it works fine for the price and took a few crashes without any damage.

The toy is very fun I recommend, but it says the play time only last five minutes and takes about 20 minutes until full charge. My cousin took it outside and flew it around then it had went very high up in the air and we lost it.

I bought this for my 5 year old grandson, which has other toys similar to this one. He loved the way it lights up and how he can control it. The remote that comes with it is kind of small, which his momma holds onto.
