It never looks oily; ever. It’s always been on the dry side. This is EXACTLY what my hair needs! It makes my hair look and feel so much healthier and naturally shiny. My waves look so much better – Much more curly and way less frizzy. The humidity in the summer makes my hair just outta control🤨 It did not leave my hair oily or weigh it down at all.
