My whole family takes this at the first sign of any cold/ sickness. I usually mix it in a little juice for my kids and some coconut water for the adults. It definitely helps lessen and shorten our sickness along with some other supplements.

I so wanted to try this but couldn’t get past the taste!
I re-ordered the capsules, which they were out of stock last time. Now I have a liquid version and can’t return it because I don’t have the box! Hopefully the capsules will be worth all this!

While I can get past most bad/terrible flavors (and even dismissed the reviews based on bad taste)….I just couldn’t take this more then twice, even straight back into my throat, before I gave up on oral consumption! THIS ISNT A CHALLENGE!!! For those of you that think it’s over exaggerated or competitive. I could do it but the will, and the burps and all day lingering taste was just too much! I have horrible pain and would happily take this … If I could get through it long enough to see the effects, but this is one of those things that would need to be more immediate and not over time for people to keep taking! I thought I could be one of those desperate people: I was wrong. Thus, I can’t tell you if it works!!!

Y’all idk if I’m losing it but I promise to y’all I’ve been taking this a few days and already noticing stuff!! I do heavy weight training plus work 12 hr shifts as nurse assistant and my body was really really sore the other day and yesterday and after I took this I just woke up better definitely noticed some energy but the these anti-inflammatory benefits are insane! Tumeric didn’t even work this good for me. I’ve been taking like 3 tablespoons a day on a empty stomach with some water (yes the taste is as bad as everyone is saying either complain or deal with it) but anyways just yesterday at work it hurt to bend down walking stiff (deadlift & squat day) this morning I just sprung out of bed like (huh🫢😭) I’m super confused right now muscles and joints just feel refreshed and definitely stirs the bowels if you take it on a empty stomach. Too early tell if it has done anything else I don’t believe in miracle pills but I gotta say that was pretty dope!!

Ok, YES…. This tastes horrible. I’ve taken just about every terrible tasting supplement there is at some point over the years. But I will stick with it no matter how badly it tastes if it works.
That said, when I took this for the first time I thought that I accidentally took something orally that MUST have been meant for topical application. It was SO HORRIBLE! I’ve never tasted anything so horrible. I quickly checked the bottle to ensure that I was really supposed to put it in my mouth and was relieved when I confirmed this….
Ive since taken it 5-6 times and just put the dropper way back in my mouth behind my tongue so I don’t have to taste it. I still burp that taste for awhile after that but it’s a minor thing…. No big deal and nothing that a little flavored water won’t help.
But one thing I am surprised that I have noticed is that my appetite is markedly reduced for several hours! I didn’t take it for this purpose and have even read that it can have the opposite effect but a reduced appetite definitely something Ive consistently noticed. I will update as I’ve taken it for awhile but wanted to share my experience with the first week or so since it was unexpected.
