I like the size of the pill but to me it’s a little hard to swallow. I was taking different brands of Black Seed Oil. I find there’s no after taste after pill coating dissolves. I’m not sure of the pain relief but I will definitely pay close attention to it from now on. I’ve been taking Black Seed Oil before Covid and now it’s on the rise again I will continue to take it.
