Haven’t done any blood work yet to determine effectiveness, but I do feel less sluggish. You’ll have the burps for 2-3 weeks all day, taste is like oregano. I’ve learned to take them in between bites of food. Definitely don’t take in empty stomach, burps guaranteed.
