I ordered this supplement in August 2023 and it came double safety-sealed with an expiration date of June 2025. These are labelled non-GMO and are free from gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, artificial color, artificial flavor, and artificial sweeteners. However, they are in a gelatin capsule, so they are not vegan. I haven’t suffered any ill effects from taking these. The only time I get an aftertaste is if I take them with a very light meal. Otherwise they are fine. I haven’t noticed any benefits, but supplements tend to work gradually and the results may not be perceptible without sophisticated laboratory tests. As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

According to research, black cumin seed oil has many benefits…..I’m taking for improvements in my skin and hair. As I’ve gotten older, my skin and hair is a bit dryer. I’m hoping this will make a difference. The bottle comes with 120 softgels, which is a 2 month supply!

I hope these do something major and quick, because I’d almost rather die than take them considering the misery of side effects. The black seed oil was recommended as borderline miraculous for thyroid issues, and my thyroid could use miraculous, so I’ll try to tough it out. It has only been a few days now and I hate this stuff.

Nature’s Truth products are great. I’ve been using some of their supplements like turmeric for quite a while and pleased with the quality and results. No problems with swallowing the black seed oil softgels or with aftertaste.
I first read about Black Seed Oil in “The Gene Therapy Plan” by Mitchell Gaynor, MD (https://www.amazon.com/Gene-Therapy-Plan-Control-Lifestyle/dp/0143108190). The main compound in black seed oil is thymoquinone which has potential neuroprotective effects. Dr. Axe’s website provides a good overview of black seed oil uses. He documents his summary with links to legitimate research studies at NIH, NCBI, etc.
Hope you will consider adding Black Seed Oil to your daily regime.

Since these appear to be vegetable based and seem to not have fish oils, there is no fishy after taste nor do i taste the cumin. Interesting alternative to fish oils, but curious it didn’t state vegan as it appears to be only vegetable. It’s a decent value for 2 month supply and not as oily as fish based
