I have tried several black seed oil brands. This one in particular, in my opinion, has the best taste. It IS peppery, but I like pepper. Good packaging.

Precise Disarray –
If you are already familiar with black seed oil (nigella sativa), then this is as expected except just a little more mellow. But by no means tasty, lol. For those unfamiliar, well, just know that it is not something you consume because it tastes good. Imagine really strong thyme. Black seed oil is harsh tasting to me, and that’s across all brands. Yet, this is just a little more smooth tasting.
I have been consuming black seed oil on and off for several years. It is a good all around supplement for use internal and external. I usually pour a little into some water and chug, or I take a swig and follow up with a little water to get the super strong taste out. I find with this brand, that the severity of the thymoquinone isn’t as shockingly robust, which makes it a little more palatable. I take a swig, and am only mildly grossed out, haha
I rely on black seed oil to just give me a boost when I am down, or not quite feeling right, or entering a more germ filled time. So for example, right now I am taking a daily dose as we enter the holiday season. A little more busy, a little stressful, around a few more people, cold season, etc. I also notice that my stomach feels comforted after taking a swallow.
Externally it has lots of used- hair, skin.
This is a small 3 ounce bottle. Nutritional information is listed as taking the whole bottle (dont do that), rather than in more manageable and meaningful amounts (ie 1 tbs). Cap feels a little light and cheap, but it stays on just fine and holds all the oil in. Price is within range, and is actually good for a smaller sized bottle. Nice way to try this oil if you are new to it, or dont want to store a larger bottle.

This is the first time I have ever had black seed oil. I wanted to try it and see what it was about. I first had to do a little research on this before using. I assumed black seed oil is black cumin seeds, but I wanted to check to be sure.
Black seed oil=Nigella sativa=black cumin seed. I use black cumin seeds in my cooking. They have a mild flavor. I was expecting a light tasting oil. It is not a light tasting oil.
What this is: This is a light golden colored oil. It is about 3.4 fluid ounces/.42 cups. Not quite a 1/2 cup. It comes in a plastic bottle. Regular spout.
Fragrance: I think It smells slightly peppery and flowery.
To taste: This really caught me by surprise. I was thinking I was going to taste a bland oil. This is NOT that. It is a very strong flavorful oil. I think very floral though one that I don’t particularly like. It is bitter like. It is like no other oil that I have ever had.
I quickly thought maybe it isn’t to be ingested? This is food grade. It is written as a superfood, skin and hair.
I added a drop on my hand. I honestly can’t get past the smell. After a minute, it absorbed nicely and had a slight shine to my hand.
4 stars. I read up on it. I knew that this was something different. That is why I wanted to try it. Is it something I would continue consuming or use it on my skin? No. Everything I read about it though, this meets the criteria for it.

Not that Black Seed oil causes anxiety but that the directions stated (if you do the math) that you’re supposed to take the entire bottle in one does. I don’t know what that would so to somebody but I’m guessing it wouldn’t be good.
I love black seed oil for hair and skin. It really is wondeeful but I opted not to take this version. If a company can’t put proper directions on the label I can’t trust them. Not worth the fisk for me. I’m still giving it 3 stars because I am a firm believer in the oil.

I wanted this particular brand of 3, 6, 9 oil because it does NOT have Evening Primrose oil in it. I had taken another 3,6,9 blend that contained it and while I LOVED the benefits of that oil, it also flared up my Hidradenitis suppurativa (hs) which is a skin condition where you get cysts in your ears, armpits, groin, rear. So the EPO worked great for my hair and nails, hot flashes were cured almost instantly and other benefits, but I could NOT take it, it any dose, without it flaring the HS. For me, I KNOW it is a hormonal reaction.
I can’t take this oil. It is way too potent for me. Maybe if it was in a gel pill already, but this stuff burns and you can smell it 10+ feet away. I am trying instead to put on my nails to see if that does anything. If not, it is out.
And about the label on the bottle…..a serving is 1 tsp. which is 5 ml. Don’t pay attention to the label, It is completely wrong. There will be about 45 calories in 1 tsp of this oil. This is a small bottle, just under 3.5 ozs. This bottle will contain about 20 teaspoons. Not sure why they are confusing ml and g on the label. The whole label is confusing. They should have just written it in another language and saved me the trouble of trying to decipher it.

The bottle is not fancy but the oil itself is very fresh and potent. I used it topically to treat my allergic rhinitis. It alleviated the symptoms almost immediately, unexpectedly. Amazing! I will definitely try other applications as well. For the price of 30ml typically, you get 100ml high quality oil.
