This isn’t the first to me I used the seller. The first time the product was perfect and customer service was amazing. For this protect they arrives very poorly assembled with frayed ribbons and messy hot glue everywhere, and the name plates were all scratched. The seller was extremely arrogant and defensive and said there was nothing wrong. They had me open every single box and take a photo of each, then later asked me to open all of them again and take a video of each. Then said nothing was wrong and refused to refund me. I was forced to apply to Etsy for a refund. I’m gutted by the sellers attitude towards this problem… it’s so upsetting that people can be this hard headed and unreasonable. In the end Etsy did refund me, but I will never use this seller again, and I advise you to ask ahead about the quality of the assembly

For the prayer mat offered by this seller I requested them to “make my mat exactly like the photo but with my name” which meant use the exact same design in the advertisement as they only had one design. They said “OK”They made the mat different and then told me I should have described the mat in their advertisement. If you’d like it made the same as the photo make sure you tell them what their photo looks like or they won’t do it. The mat is still pretty and is a rich colour. It’s much thinner than expected. The price was very good and the package was nice. The seller just isn’t very understanding when it comes to their mistakes and becomes very defensive. If you want an inexpensive prayer mat and don’t mind very thin it’s a good option.
