I started losing hair about 3 years ago (I was only 40 when it started) after having several surgeries. I had heard it was fairly common to have some hair loss after anesthesia so I didnt think much of for a while. Then it became very noticeable, at least to me. My stylist convinced me that what I saw as thin spots was just preception because.my hair was so blonde and starting to get silver throughout the crown. Well I went dark and that wasn’t it. Had my hormones checked, changed shampoos (several times), tried different hair growth treatments, home remedies etc. Nothing helped. It had become so embarrassing, my hair is in every corner of the house. I have actually been late to work several times because it takes me forever to cover the thinning with hair fibers and make it look natural. (I really hope Art Naturals brings back thier fibers…I loved them). After trying all of these things I developed a new symptom. I started getting really bad migraines, but they were bizarre. The only way to describe them is that my hair hurt. Like I had a ponytail all day, except it hurt all over. When that stopped my scalp would to feel sunburned for several days. I began to notice that each time this happened it was followed by massive amounts of hair loss. The doctor diagnosed me with Trichodynia (Burning Scalp Syndrome). Really no specific cure. The day I recieved my shampoo and conditioner I was having a bad scalp day, I washed my hair and let it sit for 3 or 4 minutes and followed up with the conditioner. I couldn’t believe it but I had instant relief. Like I had said before, usually these headaches are followed by mass hair fall. Not this time. To say that I am amazed woukd be an understatement. I just started using so I cant speak to the growing back portion, but it has definitely stopped the loss. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Très bon article pour mes cheveux metissés, frisés et secs! Un Après-shampoing se rince Mesdames, depuis toujours! Donc ne vous plaignez pas du produit si vous le laissez sur vos cheveux… 😑 Il suffit de le laisser, sur cheveux humides et essorés, après le shampoing, entre 5 et 10mn. Puis de rincer à l’eau tiède! 🙂 Si vous voulez des soins sans rinçage, allez sur ‘soin sans rinçage’, et pas sur ‘après-shampoing’ … 😉

I now know that this product works. My hair is thinning (runs in the family) and it is very upsetting. My friend recommended this shampoo (and the conditioner) and I have since seen it on two dermatologist (specialist) list of hair care products that help stop and sometimes promote regrowth of thinning hair. Nothing is a miracle but I have taken several other actions to help and at least I was no longer losing more of my hair than I did before this all started. The point is, it is worth giving it a try (everyone is different so it may or may not work for you). But WARNING: ONLY BUY IT FROM THE MANUFACTURER as the vendor (fulfilled by Amazon is ok) as I got counterfeit product from another vendor (also fulfilled by Amazon) and within two washings I knew it. It was obvious as the original is a little runny (best to shake it before use) and the counterfeit was thick and my hair started to fall out again!!!! So please, buy from Artnatural.

I love this line of hair products. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 18 months and the difference to the feel and look of my hair is amazing. Unfortunately, I am now a bit upset. After trying many ways to contact both Amazon and this company about my recent issue with no luck I am now putting this on a review in the hope that it is responded to and the way to resolve is published so that anybody with similar issues can resolve them more easily. I ordered 2 bottles of conditioner and 2 body washes at the same time, the body washes arrived but the conditioner did not even though it stated that it was in the same parcel. I had also ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and only one arrived in the parcel despite saying 2. Whilst I feel a bit ripped off about the money as the products are not the cheapest, I am very upset as I am worried about buying the items again in case the same things happen but I have run out of both items now and my hair is looking flat and dull. This has been the best conditioner that I could find. I am 51 and have long thick hair that ranges between white and dark brown. Kind of like a kaleidescope. So I basically have hair of all types. I have tried many shampoos and conditioners and this conditioner always gets the best product. When I use it I get compliements on my hair and also on the scent. It is not perfumed, I wear fragrance free products and this does not claim to have a fragrance yet there is a light scent that is so very nice and pleasant so I don’t mind it. I didnt even notice the scent myself until a coworker said how nice my hair smelt. (She is a close friend who then purchased and used the same conditioner as she saw how great it made my hair look and smell). It is very thick and gloops out of the container so when you get to the end you have to store it upside down and sometimes I water down the last part to get the last drops. But even with that it is very effective. I use a lot of conditioner as my hair is waist length but I have found it worth the expense.

I did have a very dry, itchy and flaky scalp. It was worse in winter but seemed to come and go. I bought the neat argan oil, and this really helped, i would put it on directly to my scalp once a week, wrap my head in cling film and leave on overnight if possible. This was good, but it did not get rid of the problem. I bought this conditiioner and the shampoo and they are fantastic. I use probably once to twice a week, leave the shampoo on for 10 monutes, and then the conditioner on for 10 minutes to let it work. For me these products have sorted my scalp out. It is no longer sore, flaky or has any problems at all. I would not be without these products.
