✔ 0 salt in ingredients (although 1 called for light soy sauce and another for sriracha sauce but mainly recipes don’t put salt in ingredients
✔ definitely vegan, anti-inflammatory and gout-friendly recipes
I hesitated purchasing this because of 0 reviews so I downloaded a sample on kindle and immediately fell in love. I purchased other vegan / anti inflammatory cookbooks that look prettier and fancier but this one adresses the core needs for no salt, vegan, anti-inflammatory and gout friendly dishes to make. I can see myself using this more than the other books. I bought this book out of my own free will, did not receive any discounts or compensation for this review. I simply want to let those that have gout or hypertension that this book is definitely worth it, better than prettier fancier covers for real. This one has substance and truth!! I wrote this review so others can know that this book covers strict diet needs. No BS. Haven’t taste tested but between this and takeout, I’m ready for this Asian flare in my own kitchen, my own way.
