Their Ad says “Up to 3X The Thymoquinone”, but the bottle does not state any minimum thymoquinone content. So, likely is either actually low or fluctuates so much they cannot guarantee a minimum. The batch I tried tasted much weaker than Pure Turkish, which does confidently state a 2.26% minimum, and weaker than freshield as well. So, likely Amazing Herbs is at least 30-40% weaker than that, so not the best value.

The taste is an initial shock, as you are very aware of the new strong flavors. Stick with it as it gets better and you end up just downing it without thought. I do a teaspoon twice a day and the benefits are too early to judge, as it has only been four days. But, I have read good things about its benefits and look forward to the weight loss benefit and body wellness.

Black seed oil is a product that is like any other oil but it does have a distinctive taste. I measure it out in a spoon and get the bowl of the spoon to the back of my tongue and tip it over there so it misses most of my tastebuds. The directions say to bury the oil with food so I eat immediately after taking and have had little problem with the aftertaste. Seems to be a quality oil.

This stuff may not be the most mouth-watering, but, the effects are undeniable. You will hear people saying it cures everything but death, and, I must say that I know why they say this. It helps with inflammation, sleep, anxiety, and, it can even be incorporated into your hair regime. Currently, I’m using (with a medicine dropper) Cumin Seed Oil, here and there, to stop ‘itchy’ spots, and, to see if it will, indeed, thicken my hair. I wore a hair band around my head for months & this made it thin. I’m trying to see if Cumin will ‘undo’ what I did.

I started taking Black Seed Oil in January (3 months ago). My first experience with a different brand was favorable, it seemed mild in flavor but experienced a noticeable reduction in inflammation. I purchase again from that same brand but it made me sick to my stomach.
A friend told me to try this brand. I took for the first time yesterday and while it didn’t make me sick, the flavor was very strong and lingered in my taste buds all day in a bad way.
I’ll continue to use it as long as I avoid getting sick to my stomach and experience the positive affects. I’ll report back after 30 days.
*UPDATE* I took the product for the 2nd day and it make me nauseous and sick. Will stop taking and return. I will not leave a one star rating because it may work for others. Just want to share my experience.
