I bought this for my candles and this serves excellently.

Pretty quickly noticed that this tray was unsteady on a flat surface and, in fact, would rotate easily around a point at the bottom center. Now admittedly this might be desirable if one wanted to use this tray as a mini carousel but for beverages spills would be likely without a lot of caution. For hors d’oeuvres it would likely be fine.
I’m trying a fix using felt bumpers on the bottom but even with these the tray will do a 360° rotation.
I think these trays are hand made so other trays may be very different but unfortunately I’ll probably be returning this one.
It would be very attractive as a display piece.

This was a plastic that warped and snapped during shipment. My advice is don’t order it during a cold season. The product itself is very beautiful and you would not know to look at it thst it was not real copper. They did a very good job. Just not durable enough for what I was using it for. I returned the cracked item and did not reorder.
