For the government being advertised as a two XL it seemed more like it was just a large. The shoulders were very tight and the government was only wide enough to get down to my waist. I could not get it over my hips. This was very disappointing as I wore this type of garment when I lived in the Middle East End it was so comfortable and was one of my favorite things to wear. Unfortunately the one I used to wear has wore out and so I was looking for another one.
