I decided I wanted to start wearing hijabs because, A) I keep a shaved head and winter’s a coming and B) I love the way they look. I ordered several different styles and materials. Of all the hijabs I ordered, this style is by far my favorite. I like the material, it’s very soft and since it’s a cotton blend, it doesn’t smooch my fat face like the pure lycra ones do. It’s super easy to put on and it’s comfortable. I do have to adjust throughout the day if I’m moving around a lot (working). I’m the type of person that runs hot (my winter coat is a hoodie) and I noticed that, even when I was being extra active, it didn’t hold any excessive heat. I’m definitely buying every color.

I like the fabric and design, however I had to tighten it a little bit more.

These are great quality and beautiful hijabs. I got one of each. The fabric is light and breathable and doesn’t seem to be see through once the second part is fitted. You may want to wear an undercap or ninja hijab under if you’re worried about it being see through or if it’s a bit loose for your head. If it’s too loose, one magnet hijab pins (search on amazon) would be more than enough to fix that issue as well.
I found the tutorial video a little difficult to mimic so below are my tips.
– The first opening is easy and obvious to put on (it’s the thickest part). Just pull that over your head and you should have one short side (left), one long side (right).
– Grab the top of the second opening on the long side and pull to your right. It should look like a sideways flag.
– Then locate the seam that creates the second opening.
– Hold the long end of the hijab from that seam and pull it so it’s in front of your face.
– Rotate that part clockwise (to your right) in front of your face until you see the opening in the correct position to pull over your head. Then pull opening over your head and voila!
