I ordered blk and got with grey paper on it tried my best ro remove but cannot do that.If I use scrub technique I am sure it will destroy it.Don’t know what ro do should i put into water ?

I found this stand working great with my loose-leaf cookbooks but the bound-spine books have a harder time staying open. I had the same problem when the cookbooks were on the countertop and I used chip-clips to keep the pages open. I’m using the same technique when I’m using DECORANY Acrylic Book Holder. Of course, if you are displaying a book you would not want chip-clips on them.
I’m very happy with this book holder, no more setting the books on the countertop and getting wet or sprinkled with sugar, I don’t need to lean over to read the recipes, I can chose where I want to place the stand, and, the best part, the stand easily comes apart and I’m able to put it away until I need it again.
My only complaint is removing the protective sheets that are on the acrylic sheets. I have arthritic fingers along with both thumb joints removed. I finally got the protective sheets started by warming the edge of each of the acrylic sheets with a hair dryer. I then was able to lift a corner of the protective sheet and slowly peel off the entire sheet.
