Muslumana prayer mats have either embossed designs on a polyester velvet look fabric or sublimated digital printed designs on a polyester rug surface.

This model is digitally printed via heat transfer. It has a polyester rug surface with short piles. Leaning piles in varying directions may lead to color tone and motive changes, however, this is not permanent, when you lean all piles in the same direction you will recover the first look.

It is delivered in cling filmed roll forms, and since it has a thick foam padded inside when you first open the pack you may see wrinkles on the surface, by the time this look will decrease when the prayer mat recovers and stretches. Please note that this is the natural result of thick foam padding and fully anti-slip backing.

The Courier Companies we work with do not accept PO Box addresses, we need to have full street addresses for the orders.

—WHAT TO DO WHEN DELIVERED ITEM/PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?—




Take pictures of the package(showing barcodes and info stickers on the package), and take pictures of the item, especially damaged areas.




Reach UPS/DHL or FedEx’s local phone number and file a damage claim on the day when the package was delivered to your address.




The later you file the claim, the less chance to get a result, since when time passes situation becomes unprovable.




At the same time please share photo proofs with me so that I can also file a claim to a local courier for my location.




If a package is not dropped at your door and you directly get it from the courier, please have the courier take the stamens down about the damaged pack on their system.




And lastly, keep the package and item with the condition you get and do not use it until the claim gets a result.
