Came in a nice velvet bag. They also sent two testers which was unexpected but welcomed gesture. The
The name sounds like that of a Turkish sitcom about Sultan Sulimn Alqanouni from the 1500s. The fragrance is to a great extant geo-cultural in the sense that it might be too strong for some people from certain geographic areas yet mild and not too strong for others from other regions. The fragrance in the beginning has more of a woody and musky tone rather than fruity or flowery however after a few minutes, when the strong fragrance settles you can smell the subtle flowery fragrance. A little bit of this perfume goes a long way so be careful how much you apply. Just a drop or two using the included dropper like plastic is enough to last for the day or an evening.

If you want a light airy fragrance, this artisan blend from Maison d’Orient is not for you.
I have heard good things about Arabian perfumes and this did not disappoint. It is definitely strong and has sensual tones to it but in a way that isn’t nauseating or headache inducing. I was surprised that I really enjoyed the scent even though I lean more towards the fruity or more “feminine” aromas. This blend kind of reminds me of how a really beautiful church or museum would smell.
Love the design of the bottle and the nice velvet bag that came along with it. There are also two extra vials of the pink musk and vanilla musk if you want to mix up the scents a bit.

This is a wonderful scent. It lasts long enough and it is just my favorite at the moment. I have a number of the Swisse Arabian scents and this is my favorite.

Love this line of perfume. Smells like heaven. I like to just apply it to my pulse points such as behind the ears, wrist and throat. I wish it would last longer. But the small bottle is very convenient for on the go. Something different for your collection.

This fragrance smells nice but it’s very strong! I like the look of the bottle and I like the little applicator wand. Just a tiny bit of this is enough. It’s a bit overpowering, but the scent is nice. Very suitable as a unisex fragrance. Men or women can use this scent. Most women I know prefer sweet or floral fragrances but I personally like musky/spicy fragrances, so this is definitely a scent for me. It’s fairly long lasting, too. I may try to dilute it with a carrier oil as it is quite strong smelling for my personal preference.

If you like dark, spicy scents, this is a good one. It’s not super overpowering, but it does last a long while on me. I love the design of the bottle. It makes me feel like I’ve discovered a mysterious perfume from long ago or something. I will say that the little glass wand applicator broke on the very first use. You have to kind of wiggle the applicator out of the bottle and I guess the force you have to use is a little too much for the glass wand cause it fell right out of the top and broke in my sink. I’m not really upset about it but it did add to the charm of applying the perfume. So just be careful when opening. Otherwise I LOVE the scent!

This is not your grandparent’s overwhelming patchouli-stink.
The description of the scent is pretty accurate, having smelled the product. It’s not an inherently male or female scent (although the packaging is delicate and small-scale). It comes in a small clear bottle with a screw top and tiny glass rod inside a plastic cap for application. Small, branded, black velveteen drawstring pouch included. (For those reasons, I have trouble picturing the ham-handed men in my life successfully applying this scent.)
The musk notes are lighter and blended with other, more complex spice notes than other musk scents I’ve known. It’s unusual and sophisticated. I don’t think it’s for everyone, nor could everyone pull it off, but I like it quite a bit. It is definitely not a scent for anyone who bathes in their scent products.
I wish the white paper sticker on the bottle neck wasn’t there or came off cleanly.

This is a strong. overpowering scent although it is pleasant. A little bit goas a long way and lasts for a long time. It is applied with a dropper which is different from all the other perfumes I own. It is not as convenient for application as a spray bottle.
